Chocolate Coffee Cream

  • 100g of our delicious Café Latte
  • 290g of our Fleurette cream
  • 70g of dark chocolate
  • 65g of milk chocolate
Preparation
1.
Melt the chocolate squares in a bain-marie.
2.
Heat the cream and coffee latte (almost to the boil) then gradually pour the contents over the melted chocolate, beat carefully.
3.
Blend with an immersion mixer and pour into ramekins.
4.
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
