How do I create a customer account ?

It’s very simple, just click “Login” at the top right of your screen.

Then click “Sign up”. A link will be sent to your email address that will enable you to set your new password.

Creating a customer account allows you to access your dashboard, your orders and your list of shipping addresses.

How do I place an order via the Eshop ?

  • I choose my pre-loaded cart or I personalize my cart
  • I choose my delivery day
  • I confirm my cart
  • If I have not already done so, I log in or create my account if this is my first visit
  • An order and delivery confirmation email will be sent to me
  • Is there a minimum order ?

    Our minimum order is 25 euros (excluding shipping costs).
    Our pre-loaded carts are available from 16 euros (excluding delivery costs).

    How do I add/change my shipping address ?

    To do this, simply click on “Connect” at the top right of your screen.

    Then click on “Login” or “Register” if you do not yet have your account. Go to the “address” section on the right of your screen, then click on To change your address.

    Once the modification is made, click on “save”;

    How do I change my delivery time ?

    You can inform us up to 24 hours before your initial scheduled delivery that you wish to postpone it !

    Send us an email to the following address : eshop@sacre-willy.com, and we will confirm the postponement of your delivery.

    If you do not receive confirmation from us, this means we are unable to meet your request, and delivery will be made during the window you stipulated when placing your order.

    I have a problem with my order, who can I contact ?

    For a problem related to your order and/or delivery, you can contact our customer service at any time using the email address eshop@sacre-willy.com or by WhatsApp.

    For a quality issue, send your request to Marine, our quality manager, using the following address : qualite@sacre-willy.com

    Our team can be contacted from Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Where does your milk come from ?

    We use pasteurized milk for all our recipes. All our milk comes from mountain farms in the Alps, located less than 25 km away from our production facilities (Tallard 05).

    After being collected, the milk is pasteurized at low temperature to ensure it retains its organoleptic properties, then skimmed. We place particular emphasis on these steps as they are crucial to ascertaining our milk and cream preserve all their flavor.

    In addition, the herds in these dairy farms are systematically put out to graze in summer and fed hay in the winter months.

    What are your commitments regarding the origins of your ingredients ?

    All our ingredients are carefully sourced. Our eggs for example are taken from young chickens, the yokes and whites separated, then pasteurized and used immediately. These are requirements we have to meet within the framework of the “fresh eggs” label.

    The rice we use in our rice puddings comes from the Camargue region and is cultivated by the “Silo de Tourtoulen”, which has been producing rice for five generations.

    Another telling example: Madagascar vanilla purchased from “Authentic Products” which stringently abides by ethical and responsible values. Vanilla pods are picked in Madagascar in July by local producers who have their own plantations. Sacré Willy then follows a slow process to make its own infusions from the pods, to ensure their full flavor comes out in the milk. When you are an enterprise that has witnessed the coming to life of yoghurt infused with vanilla, using flavoring is quite simply out of the question !

    Fruit purées? Home-made of course…! and prepared from fresh fruit bought from "Fruits Rouges and Co" as well as the chestnut cream bearing the Ardèche PDO label.

    Is there any gelatin sourced from animals in your products ?

    None of our products use any gelatin sourced from animals, as we use egg white to provide texture to our creams.

    Are your products suitable for pregnant women ?

    Absolutely ! All our recipes comply with strict specifications. Furthermore, our products are made from carefully selected ingredients in order to preserve their respective properties to the full.
    All our products are pasteurized.

    How are your products packaged ?

    All our products are packaged in glass jars and bottles that can be endlessly recycled and reused 😉

    Which cities can Eshop deliveries be made to ?

    At this time, we only ship Eshop orders to :

    What days do you deliver ?

    As a general rule, our carts are delivered from Monday to Saturday morning.

    Saturday morning deliveries can be made between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.

    What is the delivery time ?

    Once we have processed the order, delivery usually takes about 3 days. This information will be systematically confirmed when our teams have processed the order.

    How do you deliver fresh products ?

    Sustainable delivery of our products is ascertained by our bicycle courier partners. We guarantee that the cold chain remains unbroken throughout the entire delivery process for our ultra-fresh products.

    All orders are delivered to you in person. We do not place any parcels in letterboxes, given the nature of our products. Hence the importance of carefully choosing your delivery window when placing your order online.

    What should I do if my order is late ?

    Rest assured, our highly reactive team will anticipate any logistical hurdles.

    However, should any such difficulties be foreseen, our team will systematically get in touch with you using the contact information you provided when creating your Eshop customer account.

    What if I am not there to receive my order ?

    When placing your order, you can choose the delivery window that suits you best.

    However, if there are any last-minute changes to your schedule, you can contact our customer service department up to 24 hours before the delivery date to postpone it, using the following email address : eshop@sacre-willy.com.

    Beyond that deadline, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes. Hence the importance of carefully specifying your delivery window when placing your order.

    Please note that deliveries may not be cancelled once the order has been processed.

    Do you deliver to pick-up points ?
