Long maturation process lasting 16 to 18 hours which enables to obtain cottage cheese that is not tangy and has a good taste of farm milk.
Our milk is collected exclusively from our partner farms in the Hautes-Alpes, located less than 25 km from our production facility in Tallard.

Alpine milk 75%, Cream, Lactic ferments, Vegetable rennet.
